Shop Manager

As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating a fun environment which our customers love to be in, whilst driving yourself and your team to achieve shop targets.

You will provide full operational support, direction and guidance to your shop, ensuring that every customer who walks in experiences a memorable service tailored to their needs.

We believe results do not come only from targets but also from team progression, so you will strive to develop and train your team for the next level of their careers.

Other duties will include:

• Know the business by speaking with the local community and competitors to gain local market insights.
• Lead from the front by providing clear guidance and feedback to achieve a high standard of performance.
• Stay focused on results, setting goals for yourself and your team and finding ways to improve shop performance and reach sales targets.
• Be a clear communicator, encouraging colleagues to share ideas on better ways to operate.
• Play by the rules, ensuring the shop complies with social responsibility commitments.
• Lead by example and drive your team to maintain shop presentation standards.
