Shop Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)

Oxfam GB is seeking a Shop Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role focuses on leading a store team, ensuring strong retail performance, and delivering excellent customer service within a community-focused environment.

Commercially aware, you will motivate staff and volunteers, maintain high standards, manage time and priorities, and drive the shop to meet its targets while upholding Oxfam's values and safeguarding commitments.
