Shop Manager - Lead Service, Team Growth & Excellence

Greggs plc in Poole is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver fast and friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online.

You'll role-model high standards every day. On a typical day you'll recruit, train and develop colleagues, drive performance, monitor wage and waste controls, and get involved in food preparation and serving
