Shop Floor Food Team Leader - Service & Growth Excellence

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Team Manager in Food to lead from the shop floor, setting the pace and raising standards across the store. You'll be on the front lines, modelling great service and driving clear commercial results while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.
