• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale system
• Replenish shelves and maintain inventory levels effectively
• Offer broad administrative support to assist team members as needed
• Resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Promote special discounts or new items to maximise sales opportunity

Requirements

• Proficiency in English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills - warm, accessible manner
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
