Shift Team Leader: 24/7 Industrial Operations Lead

px group is seeking a Shift Team Leader at our Teesside site (Wilton) to oversee safe, efficient, and compliant plant operation during shifts.

You will lead the operations team, ensure production targets are met while upholding safety, environmental standards, and asset integrity, with on-the-job training and performance reviews to develop your leadership contributions.

Engagement with maintenance, engineering and management, plus training and development opportunities, form part of the role.
