As aProduction Team Leader, you will take ownership of a production line, leading a team of up to 17 operatives to deliver on key performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a team on the production line
• Drivinghealth & safetyandfood safetystandards at all times
• Ensuring team engagement, performance and attendance
• Delivering againstOEE, efficiency and waste targets
• Monitoring production output and resolving issues in real-time
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in ateam leader / supervisor rolewithin manufacturing (food experience desirable)
• Strong understanding ofhealth & safety and quality standards
• Experience managing teams in afast-paced production environment
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Ability to drive performance and meet operational targets

Opportunities available across the following shifts:

• Evening Shift (Mon-Thurs 14:30-01:00): £17.50 per hour
• Weekend Shift (Sat & Sun 06:00-18:00 + 2 flexible weekdays): £17.50 per hour
