Shift Supervisor / Duty Manager

All Bar One is through Airport Security offering a stylish place to eat and drink all day. We are a high volume, fast paced business offering a wide range of Food, Wines, Beers, Cocktails & Coffee.

We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at All Bar One, Edinburgh Airport. The Shift Supervisor role is vital in the overall success of the front of house team. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience as we are, as well as leading a team by working on the front line with a hands on approach.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 40+ during busy services to deliver exceptional standards
• Achieving sales and guest review targets
• Training and development of the team
• Cocktail & Coffee making
• Stock control
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times

What we look for

• At least 1+ years' experience in a customer service management role (high volume preferred)
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Great team-player, able to lead from the front line
• Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team
• To work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Engage with the wider front of house team
• Great eye for detail
• Ability to confidently lead the team

Pay and hours

Pay: £12.71 - £15.00+ per hour. Advertised pay rate is inclusive of service charge and tips. Opening hours are 4am - 10pm. Shift patterns are 3:30am-12pm and 12pm-10pm. please check travel arrangements prior to applying.
