Shift Supervisor - Museum Operations & Guest Experience

Moi-London-LLC is looking for a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and staff performance at the Museum of Illusions in Greater London. The successful candidate will manage a team of 7-10 staff, ensuring all exhibits are functioning correctly and that guests have a great experience.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer service and team leadership, with excellent organizational skills. Training new hires and handling customer inquiries will be key aspects of this role.
