Shift Production Manager: Packaging (Pharma)

Elite Talent Hub is seeking a Shift Production Manager for a packaging manufacturing site in Co. Mayo, Ireland. You will own the production on your shift-from print and finishing through to warehousing and shipping-ensuring on-time delivery, quality and cost efficiency within GMP-compliant processes.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive lean improvements, manage maintenance and safety, and collaborate with HR on people management and capacity planning.
