Shift Preservation Technician - 4 on 4 off, Industrial Plant

Biffa is recruiting a Shift Preservation Operator for the Derby EfW Facility to preserve the MRF and ACT Gasification Plant at Sinfin. The role is fixed-term until 30 November 2026, with an hourly rate of £21.01, and a 4 on/4 off 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights).

You will work with the Operations Engineer and Shift Team Leaders to complete daily, weekly and monthly preservation tasks safely and efficiently, recording activities and supporting maintenance and contractor work.
