Shift Operations Leader - Lean Manufacturing & Team Growth

Hero Recruitment's client, a major food and beverage manufacturer in Ireland, seeks an Operations Shift Manager to lead a multi-skilled on-site team, drive production plans, and maintain safety, quality and environmental standards. You will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager, oversee daily operations, implement improvements, and develop your team through lean initiatives.

A third-level qualification and at least five years in high-volume manufacturing are required.
