Reporting tothe Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible forensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring thatrelevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team andthat team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we canmanage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operationalstandards and guest experiencehigh. Youwill support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a greatexperience and are also driving any key targets such as add onsales orpromotions. Thisis an operational guest facing role and therefore all none-guestfacing tasks and activity will be allocated as time within yourworking week to allow you to spend the majority of your time withinyour venue and with ourguests.
Thisrole covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility isveryimportant.

KeyResponsibilities
We are looking foran experienced leader from within an F&B environment that cansupport the team to deliver fantastic service. Putting the guestsfirst in everything you do, you will have experience in trainingand coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver anexcellence experience.
You should have previous experience inleading within a busy restaurant, bar or retail environment where abalance of speed and quality is important. This role will includemornings, afternoons, evening andweekends.
You should be confident todirect and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistentbrand standards.
Theability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods ofhigh demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiplepriorities and adapt quickly to changingrequirements.
Withstrong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring yourteam to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests everyday.
