Shift Manager: Lead Safety, Quality & Teams

DS Smith Livingston is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a manufacturing shift, drive safety, quality and productivity, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced operation. You'll influence site performance and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality to optimise outcomes.

You'll manage multiple shifts on a rotational pattern, coach Team Leaders, conduct performance reviews, and maintain GMP and audit-ready standards.
