We're looking for a fantastic people manager to join our diverse and dynamic team as a Shift Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to build upon their experience in a fast paced, operational environment. Your people skills will be key to your success by ensuring your team and customers feel valued and listened to.
As a Shift Manager, you will have ownership of the day to day operation of a busy airport car park. You will need to be able to engage and inspire members of the team, driving forwards the core principles of the business - Great Service, Ownership, Team Spirit, Innovation and Trust. You will ensure that the customer remains at the forefront of everything you do.
Working for Airparks no two shifts are ever the same, so you will be someone who can lead from the front, make a positive contribution through effective deployment of resources and get the best from your people through great communication skills together with utilising 1-2-1s, appraisals and team development.

- Full UK Driver's Licence
- PCV Driver's Licence
- Experience of working for a transport, travel or service operation
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
