As a Shift Manager, you'll be the face of the Subway brand. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team with your energy, enthusiasm and commitment to top-tier service. Whether it's keeping the kitchen running smoothly, motivating your colleagues, or stepping in to make a perfect sub, you'll keep things moving and customers happy.

You'll take ownership of your shift, ensuring every aspect runs like clockwork - from food prep and hygiene to customer satisfaction and team morale. If you enjoy taking the lead, making decisions on your feet, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Preparing fresh, quality food to Subway standards
• Ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Handling cash and completing shift paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment
• Supporting senior management with the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, training and motivating your team throughout your shift
