Job Introduction

As a Shift Leader you will direct daily operations, manage a team of delivery staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support training and coaching while maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and food hygiene.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the shift, managing team tasks and schedules.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high quality food and excellent service.
• Monitor and uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards.
• Coach and develop team members, providing regular feedback and motivation.
