Shift Manager - Multi-Channel Retail Leader

Greggs in Birdwell is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and lead operations when the Store Manager isn't on shift. You will motivate colleagues, ensure the shop runs smoothly, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across in-store and online channels.

Expect to inspire the team, serve customers quickly and warmly, and oversee product preparation and oven management. A focus on stocking displays and maintaining a clean, presentable shop is essential for success.
