Shift Manager - Lead a Friendly Team, Delight Customers

Greggs plc Wembley is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to act as the shop leader when the Manager isn't present, motivating the team and ensuring excellent customer service across in-store, delivery and Click+Collect channels.

You'll oversee a busy shift, inspire the team to meet high standards, prepare sandwiches and manage the ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop looking clean, and help create a welcoming, efficient customer experience.
