Shift Manager - Lead a Customer-First Retail Team

Greggs in Windermere is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't around and to motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will oversee shifts, ensure standards are met, and support the team in providing fast, friendly service while maintaining great product quality and shop presentation.
