Job Description

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Stoke on Trent to lead the shop during busy shifts, support the Manager, and ensure customers are put first with fast, friendly service.

You will inspire and coach the team, prepare products including sandwiches and oven management, keep displays well stocked, maintain a clean, presentable store, and uphold Greggs standards across in shop, delivery and Click+Collect channels.
