Shift Leader (Part-Time) - People, Safety & Ops

B&Q Poole is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a busy store shift, ensuring safe store conditions and a great shopping experience for customers. The role covers morning to evening shifts, deploys colleagues, and acts as a keyholder with responsibility for opening and closing procedures.

You'll be part of a supportive team, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.50 plus a pension and generous holiday entitlement of 6.6 weeks.
