Shift Leader: Lead a High-Impact Store Team

Morrisons in Exeter is seeking a Shift Leader to help run the store smoothly, stepping up in the absence of leadership to ensure safe, legal and efficient operations. You'll bring a practical, hands-on approach and support colleagues to keep standards high.

As a Shift Leader you'll lead a one team approach, coach colleagues on the shift, open and close the store, monitor security, stock rotation and customer service, and respond calmly to emergencies to keep the store ready for trade.
