Greggs plc in Llanelli is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager's absence and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store, order online, or use Click + Collect.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day shop operations, keeping displays stocked, handling ovens and food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike.
