Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for our Flaming Grill brand to drive a high-performing shift and maintain exceptional customer service. You'll supervise the team, resolve issues in the absence of management, and keep the bar safe, legal, and efficient during busy periods.

You will role-model outstanding service, stay composed under pressure, and ensure all team members communicate effectively in English while following allergen controls and safety policies.
