Shift Leader: Drive Fast, Friendly Service & Team Wins

Greggs plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure outstanding customer service. You'll oversee operations in the absence of the Store Manager, motivate colleagues, and ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will also be responsible for preparing products, managing ovens, stocking displays, maintaining a clean shop, and delivering a brilliant shopper experience.
