What you'll need to be:

A shift leader or assistant manager whois kind, calm and approachable
Confident overseeing opening/closing,safety and security procedures
Well presented, detail focused andprofessional
Willing to support the GM in coaching anddeveloping the team
Logical, organized and able to managemultiple tasks
Driven to deliver outstanding guestexperiences
Able to work days, evenings and weekendsand reliably manage the commute
A natural host who loves creating day making moments
Looking for an employer that recognizesand rewards talent
Experienced in hospitality, ideally withsupervisory experience in a busy food led environment
