Shift Leader - Lead Guests & Team to Great Stays

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for our Herne Bay location. You will lead shifts, coordinate across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, and ensure guests have a great stay. You'll coach your team, resolve issues swiftly and stay calm during busy periods.

You don't need prior hotel experience; we'll teach you the ropes. This role offers guaranteed hours and a clear path to grow into management as you gain leadership experience.
