Shift Lead: Store Operations & Customer Experience

B&Q Newry is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will act as a keyholder, guiding the shift and ensuring the team delivers excellent service from early starts to late finishes.

This role requires coordinating shifts, deploying colleagues effectively, and handling customer queries with pace and care, while maintaining a safe store and representing the B&Q brand with energy and professionalism.
