Shift Lead: Inspire Teams & Elevate Customer Care

B&Q Rhyl is seeking a Shift Lead to support store leadership, customer service and team supervision. This keyholder role involves early and late shifts (6am to 10pm) and requires reliability, good communication, and a customer focused approach.
