Shift Lead: Inspire Teams & Deliver Great Customer Service

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and motivate the team, ensuring customers have an amazing experience whether in-store, via delivery, Click + Collect or drive-thru. You'll look after the shop when the Manager isn't around, keep displays stocked, and uphold high standards with a hands-on leadership style.

You'll be responsible for preparing products, serving customers promptly, and guiding colleagues to deliver great service across multiple channels.
