Shift Lead: Inspire a Team & Deliver Great Service

B&Q Newry is looking for a Shift Lead to join our team. This keyholder role involves early start times (6.00am) to late finishes (10.00pm) and part/full-time permanent hours across 18.75 to 36.75 per week.

You will work closely with Department Managers to guide and support staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. Training and development opportunities are available through our LEO learning system.
