Shift Lead: Customer Experience Champion

Greggs plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and drive exceptional customer experiences across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn't on site, motivate the team and ensure high standards-from product preparation to oven management and store presentation.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory exposure in customer-focused environments and a passion for delivering great service.
