Shift Lead: Barista Team & Customer Experience

Cobra Coffee is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the shift, working with your team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages and products.

You'll coach partners on shift, run operations, and address issues as they arise to ensure smooth service. This role rewards leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and supports career development within our Cobra Coffee and Starbucks UK franchised network.
