Shift Lead & Keyholder: Drive Stores & Customer Experience

B&Q Colchester Tollgate is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You'll ensure the store runs smoothly, manage team deployments, and be the first point of contact for everyone on shift.
