Shift Lead - Plastics Recycling Plant

AO Recycling in Telford is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a 6-7 person team on an automated production line. You will ensure availability of equipment, optimise capacity, and drive safety, quality and throughput while mentoring staff and managing attendance and disciplinary matters.

The role requires experience supervising teams (2+ years) and ILM L2/L3 qualifications or equivalent. GCSE English and Maths are essential; AO offers progression and variable shift patterns.
