Shift Lead - Night Operations (Food Retail)

Marks and Spencer in London is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation, coordinate resources and act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You will ensure a ready-to-trade store, deliver a quick payment experience, supervise colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity for store opening, while modelling excellent customer service and M&S behaviours.
