Shift Lead - Frontline Store Operations & Team Coaching

Marks & Spencer Plc is recruiting for a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, coach colleagues on standard operating methods, and lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

The role requires attention to daily timelines, customer service excellence and adherence to M&S behaviours. It is a frontline, active position with opportunities to demonstrate leadership across store operations.
