Shift Lead - Food Production, Lean & Safe

Solina in Hitchin, United Kingdom, is seeking a Supervisory Manager to lead a production team in our food manufacturing facility. You will oversee on-time manufacture and output of customer orders, ensure safe operation of facilities, and enforce HSE, Quality and Hygiene standards according to Solina procedures.

The role requires CMI Level 2 in Management or willingness to attain, forklift licence, and experience with lean manufacturing and automation (Wincos) in a food production setting.
