Shift Lead - Food Operations & Store Opening

Marks & Spencer Plc is looking for a Team Support Manager in Canterbury to lead the fill operation and ensure a well-prepared sales floor ready to trade. This role includes coordinating resources, managing team performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational tasks in the absence of the Colleague Manager and will play a key part in creating an inclusive team atmosphere. Key holder responsibilities are also part of this role.
