Shift Lead - Floor Operations & Customer Service

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a frontline retail colleague to lead the fill operation and coordinate resources for a ready-to-trade sales floor. You will be responsible for operating during opening hours and maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.

The role requires proactive leadership at times, organisational skills and the ability to support multiple stores in busy periods. This is a hands-on, frontline position with clear opportunities for progression.
