Shift Lead - Customer-First Retail Supervisor

Greggs in Southampton is seeking a Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You'll help manage the shop in the Manager's absence, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will typically lead by example, keep displays stocked, oversee food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and drive high standards of service. The role offers 35-hour week with staff discounts and benefits.
