Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

We are seeking a Shift Engineer to provide support with ensuring all areas within Estelle Manor are consistently maintained to the highest standards. Working in a team of engineers and reporting to a Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for routine maintenance to limit equipment breakdowns and repairs needed, ensuring the premises are kept in immaculate condition and remain functional at all times.

Please note: this role operates on a 4 on/ 4 off shift pattern covering both days and nights.

Who we are looking for?

• Experience of providing maintenance support in a hospitality or luxury facilities environment.
• Practical experience in DIY, property maintenance, or related fields, with the ability to carry out general repair and upkeep tasks confidently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people.
• You can quickly understand, influence, and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £41,000 per annum - compromising a base salary of £38,000 per annum plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
