What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing Health & Safety compliance across our manufacturing and production facilities
Driving quality assurance and improvement initiatives across all product lines
Developing and implementing effective safety and training programs (as required)
Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Ensuring full compliance with legal and environmental regulations
Acting as the go-to expert for HSEQ advice and guidance

What We're Looking For:

NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a manufacturing or construction-based environment
Knowledge of timber manufacturing or similar sectors a bonus
Strong understanding of ISO standards and QA/QC procedures
Excellent communicator and confident leader
