SHEQ Director - Rail Safety, Compliance & Quality

Matchtech is seeking a Head of SHEQ for a prestigious rail infrastructure contractor in the UK. The role leads the development and delivery of the safety, health, environment and quality strategy at senior level.

You will ensure compliance with UK legislation, maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001, RISQS and relevant licences, and guide governance. A key focus is driving cultural safety, delivering board-ready reporting and effective assurance programs.
