Sheltered Living Scheme Coordinator (Part Time)

NIFHA - Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Association is looking for two Scheme Coordinators for East Belfast, responsible for providing support to tenants in a Sheltered Living Scheme. The role includes liaising with health services and managing the scheme environment.
