Job Description
Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker Reporting To: General Manager Hours: Monday -Thursday 0800 - 1700 and Friday 0800 - 1400

Privately owned for over 45 years and now one of the North West's leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Material Handler to join our busy and expanding Special Project team based in Darwen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and unique team within an award winning company.

Role Overview

Working within the fast paced Special Projects team, you will be working on TIG Welding and Fabrication of sheet metal on varied projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • TIG Welding & Fabrication Experience
  • Experienced reading and working from engineering drawings
  • Experience in brake press setting & operating
  • Use of basic inspection equipment
  • Ability to work effectively and use own initiative
  • Good communicator at all levels

Darwen, Lancashire
