Working closely with production and operational teams, you will lead a skilled workforce, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency and health & safety.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians and operators
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production activities to achieve output targets
• Monitor departmental performance through key operational KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across the department
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Manage training plans, risk assessments and team development activities

Essential:

• Previous experience within a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or Manufacturing Leadership role
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Experience delivering results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience planning and scheduling production activities

Desirable:

• Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
• Experience leading 5S, Kaizen or operational excellence initiatives
• Understanding of KPI reporting and performance management
