Actio Recruitment are supporting a well-established fabrications business who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their high-precision fabrication team.

The Role

• Fabrication and assembly of complex sheet-metal parts
• Working from engineering drawings and technical specs
• Using specialist materials
• Thin-gauge work
• Riveting, sealing and assembling machined/fabricated components
• Inspection, documentation and working to tight tolerances
• Identifying defects and supporting continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean, safe, 5S-driven workspace

What You'll Need

• Strong sheet-metal background
• Confident with hand tools for cutting, bending and shaping
• Skilled in forming metal
• Able to read drawings
• Quality-focused
• Strong Health & Safety awareness

Desirable

• Detail-driven and methodical
• Works well with limited supervision
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant apprenticeship or Level 3 Fabrication/Welding qualification
