We are currently hiring for the position of a Patient Service Advisor. Our opening hours are 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. As part of your role, you will be required to work shifts that start or end within these times. We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a customer care environment, preferably in a medical setting. It is important that you possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, along with excellent communication skills.

We have modern premises recently refurbished in Oadby, Leicestershire and a growing list size of 9,244 patients and we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, patient centred service. 9,244 patient list size SystmOne practiceFour clinical partners Our partners have varied interests and include Clinical Directors and a Federation board member. We also have a large team of clinical staff including ANPs, Nurses, HCAs, Phlebotomist, 1 First contact Practitioner, a Mental Health Practitioner, a Physician Associate, Clinical Pharmacists, a Pharmacy Technician, and a Mental Health Facilitator.
